issue collector not working in server, but working on my local

I created an issue collector for my project and pasted HTML script code, It worked fine in my local. But when I pushed the code to the server, it's not at all displayed.

The unique code is different in JS code and HTML code, that was the problem. I copy-pasted the code from JS to HTML.
