Is there a way to hide Reply to customer option on a user level in JSD?

In JSD, I want to hide the reply to customer option for some of the users in my project. Is that possible?

Hey @Hernan Halabi - Elite IT Consulting Group Then what would be the alternative for this? The plug in for this has to be installed at a user level which is kind of tedious to do.

@Rukmaniyou can disable commenting for specified group:

Property Key = jira.permission.comment.group

Property Value = false
