how to migrate users from one directory to another in 7.1.9

My JIRA Server already run for 3 Years. I use JIRA Internal Directory to created a lot users.

Now, I want use LDAP, and mapping users.

I found this page to introduce me, But I didn't find "Migrate users from one directory to another." in "User Directories" .
