Import MS Project and Customize dates

Was trying to import MSProject to JIRA Gantt chart. But, it was not importing the planned start and end date.

When I see the reference document, since create date is set. How to change this setting and read the planned dates from MS.Project.

I am not sure I have a correct understanding of what you are doing. Can you kindly provide more details?

Specifically:

• I believe you are using an add-on but I am not sure which one since if I search for Jira Gantt add-ons for Jira Cloud in our marketplace I get 15 results. Please let us know which one are you using.
• The list of steps or the instructions you are following (maybe you are following  the instructions in THIS PAGE? Let us know)
