Jira Service Desk Customer Portal

Question

How can i create customer portal in Jira Service Desk ?

and how to manage it, edit, and etc... Note that i am an administrator but i am trying to find a way to create a customer portal and access it

any help ?

When we create a Service Desk project, it automatically creates a portal.
