Billable hours bulk change

Hello!

Is there a way to bulk change billable time value?

This would work either per the whole project or per issue type. Ideally, set up a rule, that any task ever worked on in a particular project would have 0 billable.

Thanks in advance, this would really help to save time on internal vs external reports.
