Customer satisfactory survey - test mode

Hello!

Is there a way to test the customer satisfaction survey without being live? We would like to test the messages without sending them to customers for the time being.

Also, can we trigger messages when the survey is filled depending on the rating?

(Poor - we send X message. Amazing - We send Y message.
