Have you checked your project's permission scheme? Do you have "Manage Sprints" permission?

Hey @LLas mentioned by @Leo you do need to the Manage Sprints Permission for the project on your board. If your scrum board contains multiple projects, or is capable of containing multiple projects, you need this permission for every single one of them.
So if there is just one issue from a project where you lack this permission, this feature will not be available to you any more. Hope this helps!
