Stop persistent description when switching Issue Types

Our admins have set up a default description when creating a Bug. But when you switch to any other issue type, the Bug description remains.

Is there a way for the description to clear when switching from a Bug to a different issue type?

Here are some points,

• As much as I know, you can't put default value for description field in Jira by default.
• Therefore, your admin might have added some hack (based on JS or using plugins like ScriptRunner)
• So, the best way to resolve this is to ask your admin to fix script he created to handle this case.
