Is there a way to mirror AWS CodeCommit changes to BitBucket?

We use AWS CodeCommit for our GIT repo, but would like to use BitBucket (read only) so we can integrate into JIRA + Codacy. Is there a way to mirror changes from AWS CodeCommit into BitBucket?
