Not receiving Bitbucket team invitation

As per title, I am not receiving my team invitation on Bitbucket. I've already checked the spam folder and all the possible blocks on our side.

I've seen some related issues and it seems a common issue related to your systems. Please check when you can, thank you.

Yes, I was invited to join a team on this address but the mail wasn't being sent.

We just tried and now it's working, thanks.

What do you mean by Bitbucket team invitation? Is someone inviting you to join a team?I've checked our mail system and I couldn't find any issue with your email address. Can you confirm they're inviting you to the same email address you're using to access this Community? Or is it a different email address?
