How do I create another task automatically from a bug? - Next-Gen Project

Question

I would like to create a sub-task from every bug reported to generate a ticket for test automation.

So first the bug is created , it needs to be solved, then when it's solved it generates a ticket assigned to a particular person for automation

Is this possible without a plugin?
