help integrate different platforms a company is already using with Jira service desk?

my company is updating his website and this time we would like to integrate the website with Jira service desk and as well integrate Pingpilot for live chat and Avaya for the call center with Jira service desk.

We want to be able to see everything on one platform.The website is almost ready we are left with link these different platform.
