Problem with account delete

Question

When I try to delete my account I receive this error

Impossibile eliminare l’account

Il tuo account non può essere eliminato perché:

* This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
* This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
* To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and fix the above.

What I've to do to delete it? I thought I had activated the trial period but now I have the doubt that I have activated something that I didn't want

To make the other account as primary, you need to log in using your new yahoo email on my.atlassian.com and you will be able to set the account as primary and delete the original account.

After that, you will be able to delete your Atlassian account.

Note that you need to add the new email as primary for billing and technical contact.

It does not work. Unfortunately I have an address @ yahoo.it and if I add a secondary one of the same domain and I try to promote it to primary I get an error that says that it is not possible as it is an email on generic domain

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I saw that you still show as the main billing, but as mentioned on the ticket you created with our customer advocates, you didn't add payment details, so nothing will be charged.

As your account is still associated as the main billing for the site, in order to remove your account, you will have to add another main billing. For that, you can create a new email that you won't use anymore using the same domain as your current email and then add this address on my.atlassian.com > Licenses.

After that, you can make this new address as primary and remove yours, so you can delete your Atlassian account.
