Hi Guys,
How to measure status duration in a particular status of issue.
If possible please help with below plug-in and how to do it.
1.Power Scripts™ for Jira (server)
2.Power Custom Fields™

Goutam
Hi @Goutam Nemalpuri
Look at the addon Time in Status as it fulfills your requirement.
I am not familiar with the 2 addons mentioned but I would suggest raising a ticket with the vendor to see if they can help you with this as well.
Cheers.
There are no out-of-the-box solution to measure time issues are in particular statuses, however there is a similar alternative. There is an option to see how many days a issue has been in a column on a sprint board. This is activated under Board > Configure > Columns. The checkbox that should be filled is the "Days in column". What the shows is dots on each card on the board, representing how many days it has been in the column. In the picture below you can see a issue card that has been in the "TO DO" column for 16 days. This is not the best information to report on (since it is hard to see the specific number of days), but is useful for the developers to get a glimpse of durations.
Unfortunately i have no experience of the apps you have. They might be able to make a better solution, but this is one way to see the information.
Hope this helps!
Good luck with your Jira endeavors!
Hi @Ismael Jimoh
Thank you for your answer.
I have found the solution with Script runner add-on.
https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/scripted-fields.html#_total_time_this_issue_has_been_in_progress
But now my challenge is to exclude all the weekends and German-holidays from the duration. Now it's calculating all the days.
If you have any idea please help me.
Hi @Gustav L'Estrade,
Thank you so much for your suggestion.
But my requirement was to calculate duration of status and show in field and i found the solution form Script Runner Plug-in.
