Automate the creation of KBA from JSD to Confluence

Hi, 

 

I'm looking to see if it is possible to automatically create a knowledge base article upon transition in JSD. As it stands at the moment, it is very manual and I'd like to automate it, obviously just pulling specific information into the article rather than everything. 

 

Can anyone help out?

while I'm not aware of an out-of-the box solution, I'd like to hint you towards two 3rd party apps available on the Atlassian Marketplace:

• Teamworkx Issue Publisher for Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216007/teamworkx-issue-publisher-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview) - create pages using workflow post functions
• AutoPage - Automated Page Creation (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218503/autopage-automated-page-creation?hosting=server&tab=overview) - create pages event based
