Internal Notes

Hi Guys,

 

Is it possible to turn off internal notes on Service Desk? We have no need for it and in fact are getting people to avoid using them as part of what we practice.

Currently, it's not possible to disable internal comments. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Ability to disable internal comments in JIRA Service Desk.
