Re-Openned Issue does not appear on My Issues Window

Hello There,

Whenever I re-open an issue and go back to "My Open Issues" window, I cant see them. Therefore I can't track my issues properly

Please review your wprkflow - check if Open Issue has a Transition from ALL.

Can you open and check your project workflow and verify as to when you re-open an issue what should be it's new status ?

ok, I see. the new status is "to do". However, the re-open ones do not appear under to do status

Are you viewing them on a board - SCRUM or KANBAN ? Have you checked your board - column settings ?
