Is it possible to disable or remove boards menu from JIRA Software?

Our users do not use the boards features - they disabled Agile plug-in prior to JIRA 7 but now with agile built-in is it possible to remove this 'Boards' menu?

Thanks, While this does help get rid of the Board button in most places, it doesn't remove the "Boards" option under the user profile icon, or the "Create Board" link that appears on the Project page.
