Automatically attaching files and having copies created/moved to other pages in a Confluence Space

I wish for Confluence to:

When a user uploads an attachment (.docx/.xlsx) I want Confluence to create a copy of the file and store the file in another page within the same Space. Version 6.15.9.

Suggestions?

Is this possible?
