Would like to select Jira core instead of Jira SW. It does not pop-up as a possible option when delegating Jira tools to users

Please note that Jira Core and Jira Software are different products.
Have you purchased license for Jira Core? If not, you wont be able to see Jira Core in your site.
Details for Jira core are available here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/core
Details for Jira Software are available here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
