Enterprise releases are now called Long Term Support releases
As of June 29th, 2020, Enterprise releases are now called Long Term Support releases. The security bug fix policy for these releases was also updated - we will continue to backport critical security bug fixes and now when architecturally possible, all other security bug fixes are backported to the release for 24 months. PS: We will be updating the Recently resolved issues dashboard on JAC to highlight issues resolved between Jira Software 7.13 and 8.5. We’re positively thrilled to share that we’ve resolved well over 10,000 votes from users affected by JAC issues between these releases, bringing the total since the 7.6 Enterprise release to over 15,000 votes!
