Can I make just one of my files public via a sharable link?

Just that, I do not want my repo public but I want a binary to be downloadable.

Hello @ulao,

No, this is not possible as you described. There's Downloads storage in the repository, but its visibility is tied to the repository permissions, so to make it available to everyone you have to make the repo public.
