When a task changes from "Acceptance" to "Testing", the executor does not change automatically, although the post-function is configured in such a way that the executor is assigned to a specific person.

@Полина Карасева have you checked your permissions? If he does not have the right permissions in the project ( assignable user, etc...) the postfunction cannot work.
