JQL - Work Log

Question

Hi!

I'm thinking this is a longshot....Is there a way to interact or query with some of the data points in the Work Log portion of Jira Issues?

Specifically, I want to be able to query on:

* who logged work to a ticket,
* how much time was logged,
* and when they logged the work.  (See screenshot below)

I use the Time Reports for Jira Cloud

there are other options in Marketplace
