Using both Apple and Android, I am getting a Network Error when trying to connect to the JIRA Mobile App. Any suggestions?

When I first attempt to sign in, I'm directed to my company sso server since that is how we authenticate. I try to log in with my company AD credentials and then get the image in the photo attached.
