We are trying to upgrade Jira Software from 8.0 to 8.3. When I try to run the the upgrade file it begins extraction and almost immediately goes into this error:

I can't find anyone reporting that any other versions have to be reached before hand or that any such issues are seen when upgrading to 8.3
If you have any insight on how we can resolve this, we would be very happy.
