Authenticate failed while connecting an outlook to email request

Just yesterday the connection to outlook failed to authenticate. Is there a way to resolve this?

After checking seems like the problem persists on the recent additional security applied to Exchange Online (EOL) environment. Thus, Jira is failed to authenticate.

Solution: to apply IMAP policy to the outlook account instead of EOL.
