Site administrator unable to create site space

Hello,

I am a Confluence site administrator and have lost the ability to create a new site space. When I click "Create a New Space," I am only given the option to create a Personal Space. This is now the universal experience for all of the admin on our team.

Please help!

Go to your admn console and look out for -> global permissions. There should be an option to change this.

Great! This worked. Was this part of the latest update? As far as I can tell, nobody on our side changed the global permissions settings.

No, I think this feature is available for a very long time. I would bet someone changed it
