When Confluence is booted up it reflects a thread limit issue that within the health check that goes against how the file is configured on the server.
Confluence version 6.15.8
Hi @Calvin Senteza
Do you run your Confluence instance under the confluence user?
Yes the app was started while logged into the server as that user.
There may also be an issue with this:
systemd ignores system ulimits. The values will need to be specified in the proper service file <servicename>.service.
<servicename>.service
What OS do you run? Is it CentOS/RHEL 7?
It applies to Ubuntu as well, by the way.
Please, have a look at the following:
Jira 8.0.2 Server - Health Check: Thread Limit Issue
The similar problem and its solution are described there.
Hope it helps.
