Creating task from email, but with the name being a specific excerpt from the email body?

How do I customize the subject of the task with specific email body content? I can create task from the email, but the name I don't want to be the subject of the email, I want the name of the client that is in the body of the email, it is possible to take a specific piece of email and put in the task name in Jira Software?

the default mail handler does not support that feature, but you could develop 

a custom one, see https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/creating-a-custom-mail-handler-for-jira/

if you have scriptrunner in place you could use https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/mail-handler.html as a starting point

There are some apps available on the marketplace that offer enhanced features for mail processing
