Does Jira Service Desk have any Chat support widgets available?
Or do we have to use Zendesk or simulare tools/services?

I have been interested in a chat solution for cloud as well. I like chat-for-jira-service-desk and really wish they had a cloud version. I have reached out to them to inquire about whether this was on their roadmap. The other apps I have seen don’t really integrate with JSD the way I would like. I’m sort of surprised there isn’t a chat solution integrated into the portal.
update: I heard back from Spartez (developer of Chat for JSD) and they don’t have any plans at this time to develop in Cloud.
