How to share private filters、private boards？

To make a board shared, you need to share the filter for the board (board settings -> General)

You need:
1) Save filter
2) Click "Details" and "Edit permissions"
3) Choose a group, project, user, who can view your filters
For board, you need to go to configure board settings, and change there Share field
