How can I set the column width of page properties report? follow-up

I reviewed the answers provided in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-can-I-set-the-column-width-of-page-properties-report/qaq-p/675858 and also voted for CONFSERVER-53330

I am not clear on how to swap out my column headers with the syntax provided. My headers are Planned to Accomplish, Why it matters, Mid-Quarter Status, End of Quarter Status.
