Hi @Joseph varghese,

I you don't have crowd installed, you can follow these steps:

* go to g+g -> user directories
* Click on Add Directory, choose Microsoft active directory and click on Next.
* Fill all the configuration info and click on Save and test.
* Place the new directory on top of JIRA internal directory.
