Unable to set up Service Desk Automation

Question

I can't set up Service Desk Automation. I get this error:

"Choose a different user so your automation rules will run as intended

The selected user has been deleted.

You can make an exception to this default user in the set-up of individual rules.

The rules won't run as you intend unless the user you've chosen:

* can view issues in this service desk
* has permission to perform the actions in this rule"

When I am typing existing site admins it shows no options to choose from.

Hi Roman,

Thanks for your advice. I have double checked if permissions are set-up correct and user is licensed - both conditions are true. Actually this was first thing I checked before rising service request.

or add it to the role of the Service Desk Team

and check if there is a license SD
