I am trying to configure Azure Notifications for Jira Add-on as described in the following two articles. Is this still a possibility? These articles are 3 years old and I can't find much documentation apart from these. Has the Manage Add-ons functionality been removed from Jira Administration?

Thank you for any help. I am new to Jira and not sure if there are other options for Azure Notifications.
