I am having trouble finding where I add and manage users and our account. I am an Administrator but don't seem to have access. Or it has moved or I have forgotten where to find it. Any help getting me sorted out would be appreciated.

You will also need the site-admin role/group to be able to manage users.
I've had that before. But will check to see if I can find that as well. But I always did. Not a new user to the system.
