As anyone heard of the new beta Goverlan Reach 9.5 integration with Jira service desk. I downloaded it but it won't connect. Does anyone know or have used this yet. I keep getting a 401 error with our cloud instance. It will let us click to our jira website but won't let us document or anything else. Any Ideas?
