Questions for Confluence: Error message HTTP Status 401 when answering from email notification

When I try to answer a question directly from an email notification of Questions for Confluence, I keep getting the following error page

HTTP Status 401 – Unauthorized

Message Expecting claim 'qsh' to have value 'bb3c9f292942a584555628110c589e49e2b0600ab11887705495419843141bce' but instead it has the value '5aa8d4767c36f05d5a9980001c5dc2cbf991c0b0397151abf31677fa41fd8cb8'

Description The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource.
