We took this over from another developer. He has decided he no longer will help us. We need someone who can get our site backonline asap. Any help is appreciated.

What kind of help are you looking for? Are you having issues with Bitbucket or are you just trying to learn how to use it?
kind both. Our site is down and we just found out the past developer was using Bitbucket. We really are not sure how to use it and how he had it setup.
the error showing on the site is "No input file specified."
Depending on what web service you are running on, there seems to be different solutions for it, here is what I found when doing a quick Google search.
To get a good overview of Bitbucket I would start with is Get started with Bitbucket Cloud.
