Google Cloud Platform Jira HTTPS

Question

I have been deployed jira to my google cloud platform and it can be access via https but the link of an image like in avatar still using http so my jira can't access avatar and other thing when use http how can i force my jira to fully use link in https

I'd recommend setting up a reverse proxy server ahead of Jira and terminate SSL on the proxy.  Apache is what we use most, but Atlassian has documentation for other popular reverse proxy software as well. Sounds like you have an issue with how SSL is configured.
