While Server does have the "Linkedissuetype" JQL function Cloud does not. if you are on server try using Linkedissuetype.

Error in JQL Query: Expecting either a value, list or function but got 'is'. You must surround 'is' in quotation marks to use it as a value. (line 1, character 44)
i don't have server so cannot test out the syntax. did you try using quotes as it mentions?

Tried and getting response Field 'LinkedIssuetypes' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.
