Issue transit without having all approvals

I have a simple workflow Open->Awaiting Approval->Done

On Awaiting Approval i have an multi User picker filed: Ben and Tom

I have check on the Approve transition All approves but if one of Tom or Ben approve the ticket go to Done.

 

How can I solve this?

When you set up the approval workflow you need to select if “one of” or “all of” is to be used. It appears you have it set to “one of”.
