ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED forcing jira restart

Question

Hi,

quite often, I am getting ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error. then, I need to restart and it gets fine. I am using a postGRE database.
These problems seem to show up when I try to perform settngs tasks. eg - now I am trying to connect Bitbucket to JIRA that last week was working an suddenly stopped to work.

Hi. Thanks for caring. The JIRA server is running (as per the response of service jira status). What do the logs say when this happens?  And when you're doing the admin stuff?  Check atlassian-jira.log in the <JIRA home>/log directory.
