When comments are added from emails sometimes no notifications are sent. It seems the cause is file attachments to the email. Emails without attachments seem to generate notifications.
I did find the problem described here:

But the suggested solution is to add notifications for "Issue updated" and that is already on.
Anyone else having problems with this?
