Restar windows machine

Hi,

I restar my microsoft windows 10 pro machine.

After I restar the confluence server works properly but jira server doesn't work...

If I go on the browser but the page doesn't appear.

I start the service, java and tomcat

When I launched the start_jira.bat there was no error

What else do I have to do?

I don't understand why confluence works but jira doesn't

Hi @Tommaso Scorteccia , the best and fastest way to troubleshoot why Jira/Confluence is not working is to look at the logs.

The logs will tell you what happen, when it happen and possible tell you how to resolve it.

You can find the logs in the log folder.
