Extract hours booked by team member on Jira code in excel

Question

I would like to extract hours booked by team members who are working on my project in Jira. They book on the jira code and I need to manually take down the numbers for particular resource.

Is there a way of extracting the hours booked by a resource in Jira code to Excel.

Fields required:

Name of the resource

Hours booked week wise or end of the week Friday

I suggest you install Better Excel Exporter app into your Jira, try an Excel export and see if that's what you need.

My Team is booking hours from Tempo only. I just wanted to extract that data in Excel format. Please advise.
