JIRA Software 7.10: How to automatically create issues?

We have JIRA Software 7.10 - Windows 64-bit. I am trying to figure out how to automatically create an issue - ideally a set of subtasks to a parent issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nishad,

We use the add-on JMWE to create issues during a transition. It works great for that.
