I saw a feature on Jira that let's you transition to another screen (change the options after a specific field) after selecting a specific option from a field. I am trying to apply the same concept on Service desk where the customer can load fields depending on what he chooses on the customer portal. Is that doable on the Service Desk?

Hello, @Stefan Saikaly , it is possible with Dynamic Forms.
It can display fields based on another field selection on JSD portal.
Hello Alexander, is there any other way to do this without addons? just the normal system stuff that Jira provides?
Jira Service Desk without plugins(out-of-box) does not have this feature.
Oh I see, well thanks for the information Alexander, hopefully soon they will implement these options!
